I rarely give out a gushing five star review but holy cow. Hicksville Florist, thank you from the bottom of my heart! For those who are looking for a great local florist who will go out of their way to help you out when they can, this is the place. Today is my wife’s birthday, and I spaced yesterday and forgot to place the order, and the website only allows you to put one day in advance orders or more (not same day) I called them and got an actual human being which was a pleasant surprise. The representative checked to see if they could do it today and told me to put the order in on the website anyway. I put it in and let her know about the limitation of same day not being available. Forty five minutes later my wife calls me crying tears of joy. They made her feel so special🥹 Not to mention they have the coolest bouquets I’ve ever seen. The dogs made of flowers are so unique. Recently my husband and I went to Hicksville Florist to have an arrangement sent for my Aunt's wake. I did not want anything elaborate because that's not who she was, and also the wake was only for one day. The employee who helped us - very sorry to not recall her name - seemed right away to understand our needs and made the whole process much easier. The basket the shop made was very beautifully done and just what we wanted! I have used them before and have always been pleased, but this time, I felt they went out of their way to help me and make me comfortable. They made a stressful situation a little better for me, and I appreciate that!!
